What is your Warranty?

Of course, we want you to be happy with your SeaVees shoes experience, but we understand that problems occur. Because of this, we promise to give you a full refund if you receive faulty or damaged goods. Please email us at support@eu.seavees.com and include your order number (you can find this in your original post-purchase confirmation email), a photo of the damaged part of the shoe, and a photo of the label on the inside of the tongue. We will do our best to resolve your problem in a timely manner.

Please note: If you bought your SeaVees through a third party retailer, please contact the store directly and they will contact us to resolve the problem. If you have any questions about the process, please email us and we will assist you in any way that we can.
